Wow, what a fucking asshole. Can a cop just mace someone like that? I thought they had to be forceful or some shit. I hope they fired or at least suspended him for that. Actually, they should just let her spray him with mace.
He must have had something real big up his ass. This is definitely over abusing his powers as a law enforcer.
I agree that the girl should have been allowed to spray him with mace.
