This is from a telgu movie ( south Indian) from what I understand the song is supposed to be about the garden of eden. There were a lot of such B grade movies produced during the early 80’s in India with such weird song and dance routines.

Yeah this is not from Bollywood, technically this is South Indian which is a different industry from North Indian Bollywood. Give Bollywood some credit for not being this weird.
